The Hackathon

A supply chain consists of the systems, people, and organizations that need to work together to ensure the right products get to the right place at the right time. Reliable and predictable supply chain models typically leverage forecasts, past trends, and consumer behavior to determine future needs with a focus on cost-savings, efficiency, and speed.

In times of crisis, however, supply chains are challenged to meet rapidly changing demands, and these well-thought out models leave little room for flexibility and resiliency. How can we "future-proof" supply chains to be more flexible, agile, and adaptable to meet unexpected challenges?
